Seeing you happy at all kills me inside The way you look at me With that cocky smirk only you can have Makes my hand tingle with the urge to punch you so bad you'll never speak again But I resist, because I am the bigger person The jokes you make Makes me truly question what people see in you Your just a two-faced jerk A liar and a faker Someone who can never be trusted I would know You double crossed me But no matter what I tell myself Or what you do The truth is I will never stop loving you~

    No Longer Waiting
    I remember being 5
    And sitting on my porch
    Just waiting for you to come around
    I waited hours
    But you never showed
    I'd go inside and everyone would know
    They'd all be sympathetic
    But they didn't understand
    How you made me feel inside
    Like I wasn't meant to even be alive
    So I'd run to my room and cry
    Not like you even cared
    You never even showed your face again

    Then you called me at 9
    And I was so surprised
    I thought you were clean
    But you were still a mess
    All you did was make me stress
    You left me again
    When all I needed was a friend
    I didn't ask much of you mom
    I never asked you to sing me a song
    To put me to bed
    Or to give me a place to rest my head
    I just wanted to know you cared
    Well I guess you've made your point very clear

    Never Forgotten
    People walk and talk with such happy lives
    Can't I smile such a sweet smile?
    Can't I laugh such a care free laugh?
    But I can't, not anymore
    I wish I could go back to the way things used to be
    Before I began to hate myself
    And before I took that scissor to my wrist

    When I see the scars upon my wrist
    I think not of what put them there
    But that I just want to forget them
    Forget why I felt the way I did
    Forget why I ever did such a stupid thing

    Today is just another night

    The Game
    We play the same game everyday
    But here's a little secret about this game we play
    It's no black and white card game
    And in the end, there's no winner to claim the fame
    There's only hardships and restless nights
    From everyday ending in messy fights
    The next morning it's time to clean up the mess
    And all this fighting is making me stress
    I don't know if I can take this anymore
    Sometimes I don't even remember what I'm here for

    My Ghost
    I thought you were my forever
    But forever seems to only be a fairytale word
    Because good things seem to just come and go
    While I'm left wishing for more than just a glimpse
    Of what could have been
    But never was
    Same thing goes with you
    You were here
    And now your gone
    Vanished in the air
    And everything we ever did now seems so paper thin
    I wish I could say I remember everything clearly from back then
    But that would be a sin

    Your not the man that I smile when I think of
    Your the man I wish I never knew
    The man that haunts my dreams
    You are my Ghost
    The shadow that lurks behind me when I think of the past
    The one that causes me to never laugh
    You've created a void in my heart
    One that I fear
    Will never be filled

    Today I could smile and laugh
    But tomorrow I could cry and scream

    All these feelings always come down to you
    I love every single thing about you
    The way you smile when your happy
    Or pout when your mad
    You put that smile on my face
    The one that's there everytime I see you
    When we're alone
    You sit there and tell me you love me
    That's when I know your the one for me
    But when your with friends

    The one you always pick on and diss
    Even if I look fine after what you say
    You know on the inside I'm dying
    And you'll still just laugh and walk on by
    Then I'll start to think

    Love
    Love is such a questionable word
    It can be the sweetest word you'll ever hear
    And make you feel all special and dear
    But it can also be the word that crushes you
    The word that makes you wonder
    If everything you do
    Is worth doing
    When I hear those words escape your lips
    I trully want to believe it's true
    But then there's the times you say you hate me
    When I know it is just a lie
    An act you put on to make me feel a bit better inside
    But you don't realize how much the things you say affect me
    Because every single lie and hurtful thing you've said
    Has been etched in my mind
    So every night when I go to bed
    And close my eyes
    Those words will circle through my head
    "I love you," Being amongst the lies

    The Constant Battle
    We are constantly fighting
    But I am always the one getting hurt
    But this pain is not physical, it's worse
    The bruises are on my lungs, making it hard to breathe
    The bleeding is from my heart, making me scream
    The punches come from my eyes, the tears just won't stop!
    And when this battle is over
    I am left alone to think
    That I will never be good enough to win the fight

    The jokes you make
    Makes me truly question what people see in you
