Okay, my first poem for this will be my favorite poem, an original by yours truley. It's called moondance. Enjoy!!

the moon shines bright o'er us tonight,
it's haunting shadow above.
We dance and sing to the ghostly light
with elegance of a dove.
The song we sing is one never heard,
and the dance, to many, is unknown,
our rythem flows right into words,
this dance is all our own!
Across the skies our figures fly,
our song no sight of end,
were enchanted and in utter awe
this feeling we can't comprehend.
Oh spirit of fairies, see us through
let us feel so alive!
Dance and sing, dance and sing!
Let our love be our drive....

I see you oh so clearly
as if your really here,
I can hear your heartbeat
to me you are so dear.

I can feel your body's warmth
oh so close my heart will beam
please, someone don't wake me
if this is just a dream.

I remember the days we
spent alone just us two flying free,
together we thought we'd always stay;
together we'd always be.

I also remember that fateful night
when the lord said your time was done,
I awaken filled with memories
of the good, the bad, and the fun.
